By accessing or using the Rolezy Plus service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Rolezy Plus provides managed SillyTavern hosting services, including server provisioning, user account management, and a web-based dashboard. The Service is provided on a subscription basis at the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.
You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly cycle at 49 THB per managed user. Payments are processed via PromptPay or redeem codes. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew before expiration to maintain access. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or servers, or to abuse system resources. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.
We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
All content, branding, and software associated with Rolezy Plus are the property of Rolezy and its licensors. SillyTavern is an open-source project and is subject to its own license terms. You retain ownership of any content you create through the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rolezy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access at our discretion if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data associated with terminated accounts may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
