When you use Rolezy Plus, we collect information you provide directly: your Google account profile (name, email, and profile picture) during authentication, and any usernames or passwords you create for managed SillyTavern accounts. We also collect usage data such as login timestamps, subscription activity, and payment references.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service, process payments and manage subscriptions, authenticate your identity, communicate important service updates, and improve the overall user experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use Google OAuth for authentication. When you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information as permitted by your Google account settings. We do not store your Google password. Payment processing is handled through third-party PromptPay services, and we store only transaction reference IDs — not your bank account details.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and secure database access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., payment records).
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent for data processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via Discord or email.
We use essential cookies and browser session storage to maintain your authentication state and checkout flow. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that identify individual users.
The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
